Where I Drink
To be perfectly honest I drink wines anywhere and everywhere. You can find me one day in a suit and tie at official vintage launches or more prestige back vintage tastings or you can find me in shorts and a tee shirt getting dirty with the winemakers barrel sampling in the back end of nowhere for a small winery. I hold no restrictions on who, where or when I will drink.
I have traveled the world drinking wines and some places that I have consumed wines at cellar doors include
- Australia – NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia
- France – Bordeaux, St Emilion
- Italy – Alba, Barolo district now I am looking at the south for some experiences
- USA – Napa, Sonoma, Kenwood, Arizona (yup Arizona makes great wines)
Washington State, Phoenix, NY - Canada – Ontario
- Vietnam (it was odd but they have a vineyard)
This does not include the times that I drink with personal clients and friends. That opens up a whole different list of locations. I have been blessed to see first growths of grapes and watching winemakers work their magic. I have had the good fortune of being at the right place at the
